Shipping & Returns

What is our return policy..?

We offer 30-day returns for peace of mind. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and options vary for full-price and sale items.

Full Price items:

Can be returned within 30 days for an exchange, store credit, or refund. This also applies to full-priced items purchased using a discount code. To ensure a quick and smooth exchange, a $25 AUD shipping fee will be charged via the portal for exchanges.

Sale items:
Items marked as 'SALE' can be returned within 30 days for an exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not available on sale items unless the item is faulty.

How long does it take my return to be processed..?

Upon receiving your returns, orders will be processed in three to five business days. 

Do you offer free shipping..?

Yes! Any orders over $150 NZD qualify for FREE express shipping. View our Shipping & Delivery Policy to find out more.

Can I track my order..?

Absolutely! All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will be emailed with your tracking number upon dispatch of your order.

Are Gingerlilly products true to size..?

Yes, Gingerlilly is true to size. All garments have been designed to move with your body, leaving you with a comfortable and cosy fit. Listed below is our size conversion guide.

How do I care for my Gingerlilly pyjamas..?

Gingerlilly ensures nothing but the best quality for our customers. Our pyjamas can be machine washed with warm or cold water and ideally worn in rotation. Our products are built to withstand the dryer, however, air drying is always more gentle and recommended to improve longevity.

Is Gingerlilly ethically made..?

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on being impactful with our footprint and only work with certified manufacturers. We have long-standing relationships with our suppliers and have visited our manufacturers to ensure acceptable working conditions and quality. 

Are your fabrics sustainable..?

We are moving towards 100% sustainable fabrics, and we’re already making a huge impact by introducing recycled polyester. If you’re conscious about your impact like we are, we suggest purchasing natural fabrics such as bamboo, organic cotton, cotton and modal. To discover more about our fabrics, click here.
