2. Orders & Contract Formation

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. No contract is formed until we confirm dispatch of your goods.
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Refuse or cancel any order
    • Limit quantities available for purchase
    • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, product description errors or stock availability issues
  • If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
  • Please note that once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make changes or amendments, including cancellations.

3. Pricing & Errors

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices and product details may change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors on this website, including:
    • Pricing errors
    • Incorrect product descriptions
    • Promotional offer errors
  • If an error affects your order, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect pricing displayed on external websites.

4. Payments

  • Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Australia

  • Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post eParcel.
  • Standard delivery: 3 to 7 business days
  • Express Post is available and offers next business day delivery to most metropolitan areas (subject to Australia Post conditions).
  • Orders placed before 12 pm AEST are dispatched the same business day; orders placed after this time are dispatched the next business day.

New Zealand

  • Orders to New Zealand are shipped from our Australian warehouse via Australia Post eParcel Express.

International

  • A flat rate of AU $25 applies to all international orders.
  • Higher shipping charges may apply for exceptionally bulky or heavy orders.
  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post Pack & Track.
  • To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and to mark them as dutiable merchandise.
  • We are prohibited by law from marking any order as a gift, even where the order is intended as a gift.

General Delivery Terms

  • Dispatch times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control (including strikes, floods, or carrier disruptions).
  • Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.
  • We recommend signature on delivery. Gingerlilly is not responsible for lost parcels where an authority to leave has been provided by the customer.

6. GST & Taxes

  • Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate applies to all orders delivered within Australia.
  • International orders are exempt from Australian GST. However, they may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by customs in the destination country.
  • Any such duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns Policy, which is available on our website.

  • Items must be returned with a valid Return Authority Number (RAN), obtained via our returns portal.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Gingerlilly Pty Ltd complies with the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is not as described
  • Does not meet acceptable quality standards

You are entitled to a remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature and severity of the issue.

8. Promotions & Discounts

  • Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.
  • Promotions may:
    • Be time-limited
    • Exclude certain products
    • Not be combined with other offers
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without notice.

9. Gift Cards & eVouchers

  • Gingerlilly eVouchers are available for purchase and are issued electronically in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • eVouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.
  • They are redeemable online or via phone using the unique code provided.
  • Partial use is permitted and remaining balances can be applied to future purchases.
  • eVouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including images, text, logos, designs and layouts, is owned by or licensed to Gingerlilly Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian copyright law.
  • You must not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
  • Any use beyond personal, non-commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
