Returns & Exchanges New Zealand:
Gingerlilly offers 30-day returns for peace of mind. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and options vary for full-price and sale items.
Full Price items:
Full-priced items can be returned within 30 days for an exchange, store credit, or refund. This also applies to full-priced items purchased using a discount code. To ensure a quick and smooth exchange, a $25 AUD shipping fee will be charged via the portal for exchanges.
Sale items:
Items marked as 'SALE' can be returned within 30 days for an exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not available on sale items unless the item is faulty.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
Gingerlilly is only responsible for garments purchased directly from the Gingerlilly website. All garments purchased through one of our stockists must be returned to the original point of purchase.
*Goods must be returned within 30 days of the order date and must be:
- Unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unsoiled
- In their original packaging with tags attached
- In the Gingerlilly Gift Box
Gingerlilly reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions and may return the item to the buyer at their expense.
FAULTY ITEMS
A faulty item may occur due to a manufacturing issue or defect. Our team will assess the item before issuing a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
PROCESSING TIMES
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 7–10 days of receipt. Items undergo a quality check before the return is finalised. Original delivery fees are not refundable. Please allow 3–5 days for funds to appear in your account.

How to Process a Return: New Zealand orders

1 ~ START YOUR RETURN
Enter the return portal and follow the steps. Choose one of Exchange, Store Credit, or Refund.

2 ~ WAIT FOR APPROVAL
We’ll review your request. Do not send your item until approved. You’ll receive the return address once approved.

3 ~ PACKAGE YOUR ITEMS
Label your package with your order number so we can identify it once returned. Mark it as “No Commercial Value” or “Return Merchandise”.

4 ~ SHIP YOUR ITEMS
Send your items to the provided return address. We recommend tracked shipping.
To return or exchange an item, simply have your order number and phone number, email, or postcode ready.
